Initial Assessment

We’ll begin with a conversation: What brings you in, and what would success look like? I’ll listen, review any referrals or scans, and guide you through some gentle movement so we can set clear, realistic goals together.

Personalised Plan

I design a plan around your body, your pace, and your goals. Using strength training principles and Clinical Pilates, I create a program that adapts as you do, unlike a group class where everyone follows the same routine.

One-to-One Sessions

Each session builds on the last. I track your progress, adjust challenges when you’re ready, and support you on days you need to ease back. Over time, you’ll feel stronger, more confident, and freer in how you move – both in the studio and in everyday life.

My goal is simple — to help you feel stronger, safer, and more confident in your own body, one session at a time.

I began my Pilates journey training under an industry leader, where I saw how personalised movement could transform recovery for people living with pain or coming back from injury. That experience inspired me to deepen my skills beyond group classes, combining Clinical Pilates with my background in strength and personal training so I could give each client the focused care they deserve.

Today, as both a Clinical Pilates practitioner and a teacher trainer, I keep building my knowledge so my clients always feel safe and supported. Every program I design is evidence-based, practical, and tailored to the person in front of me. For me, progress isn’t just what happens in the studio – it’s when someone tells me they can climb stairs more easily, get back on the hiking trail, or play with their grandchildren without worry.
