Book a session.
Book an in-person or online session using the scheduler on this page. Sessions are available one-to-one or two-to-one (for two people booking together). Both options offer focused, individualised care, whether it’s just you or shared with a partner or friend.
In-person sessions are held in my garden studio in Seddon. Online sessions run via Zoom, with your confirmation email including either the studio address or a Zoom link.
Consistent practice is where real progress happens, so I recommend a session pack or gift certificate (available in packs of 3, 5 or 10). They make it easier to stay consistent and offer better value, though you’re also welcome to start with a single session and pay by credit card when booking.
For 2:1 sessions, one person completes the booking for both participants, entering each person’s details and confirming agreement to the studio’s Terms and Waiver.
Wear comfortable clothes you can move in and bring a water bottle (preferably not glass). Off-street parking is available.
